You must have a marriage license in the state where the wedding ceremony will take place and the marriage license must be present when the ceremony is performed.

Both parties must appear in person in the clerks office to complete the marriage license application.

The marriage license must be used within 30 days from the date of purchase at which time the license expires.  Refunds and extensions cannot be grated.

A license issued in Utah can be used in any county in the State of Utah

Identification and proof of age is required of all persons.

Two witnesses over the age of 18 are required for all ceremonies.
